Since the launch of Datt's Pharma Imports in March 2021, Mr. Datt has overseen its growth. The company now supplies high-quality pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and medical supplies and equipment nationwide, to pharmacies, clinics and hospitals.

A proud graduate of the University of Guyana School of Pharmacy in 2005 and a second-generation pharmacist, he is driven by a deep love for the profession, reflected in his commitment to service, expertise and trust in his community and across the nation. His vision has fostered a business model centred on connection and belonging.

Beyond his professional work, Mr. Datt gives back to his community through charitable events at schools, churches and youth organisations, and ongoing support for the elderly. He believes there is no greater purpose than to be of service to others in need. He is a proud father of three girls.

After earning a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the University of Guyana in 2012, she worked as a hospital pharmacist for three years, then moved to a distribution company, where she received multiple awards as the best performing representative.

At Datt's Pharma Imports she launches new pharmaceutical products, organises meetings with healthcare professionals and oversees digital marketing. She keeps her skills current through continuous online marketing courses and marketing lectures in several countries.

On her days off, Shoneza works with several non-governmental organisations, lending a hand to those in need.

Her father, a pharmacist himself, inspired her career. She spent her first eight years as a community pharmacist, then moved into distribution, rising from medical representative to management over fifteen years.

She holds an Associate Degree in Medical Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Guyana, and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Bedfordshire.

She has received numerous awards for her contributions to the profession, and enjoys reading, travelling and planning events.
